Executives from Tesla, Microsoft, Google, and other Silicon Valley groups have spent time learning advanced racing techniques from us. Most have had some driving school experience, but many have started with zero experience. We've walked them through, training regiments, driver gear purchases, and series selection on their way to attaining their racing dreams.
For many karters making the transition to cars can be daunting if for no other reason than it is a different world.
Standing Start has programs specifically designed to make the transition from karts to cars simple. These programs understand that karters are frequently not starting from zero and are usually advanced programs that build on a driver's karting experience.
Our oldest rookies have been in their 60's, and we have moved many career minded racers from karts into cars in their early teens. Our training programs have been used by both men and women with great results. Don't let any excuses be a barrier to moving forward. Contact us, and let's discuss what your goals are. We will develop a customized plan that will allow you to reach them. We all started somewhere, let us use our years of experience to help you get a jump start.
We have coached drivers who have gone on to win in Indy Lights, NASCAR, IMSA Prototypes, SCCA Formula Atlantic, and many other series across the globe. Like anything else you need to practice to get good at it, and the benefit of a personal coach cannot be underestimated. We want to help you every step of the way.
